Charcast Interlocking Panel System was specifically designed for maximum thermal performance, light-weight and rapid installation in areas where conventional spray or trowel fireproofing application methods are not feasible or are unwanted.
This unique fireproofing system can be installed quickly and simply over what’s already there - bulkheads, underdecks, and structural members.
The interlocking joint system provides strength and weather integrity that no other competing panel system can. All panels are metal reinforced, allowing for a variety of applications and attachments methods. Fasteners are external, requiring no potting. The finished surfaces are smooth and attractive and can be overcoated if desired.
Applications
There are two basic types of panels fabricated from 100% solids-filled epoxy components – bulkheads/underdeck panels and structural panels. The first are used for walls, decks and ceilings; the latter to accommodate structural shapes.
